Anita Barone
Anita Barone is a versatile stage actor who's been mostly confined to TV sitcoms. Her first break in this medium in the year she got married to Jeff Foxworthy during "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," a series that aired on ABC between 1995 until 1996. Barone had her first acting appearance in a stage production at the age of 5 in Detroit and was born after moving with her family away from St Louis. At age 23, Barone had appeared in 50 different plays. Most of them were performed in the regional and university theatres. She portrayed Juliet, the tormented young nun in "Agnes of God," Helen Keller, the protagonist in "Monday After the Miracle,"" as well as Juliet as well on screen in "Romeo as well as Juliet." The year 1987 was the first time she had a role in a film that was titled "Ricochet". In addition, she appeared in a scene in "The Roseary Murders". Then, in the year 1996, she was the main character in an independent romantic comedy known as "Just Friends". Her first Hollywood work of note was as a participant in the stock company for "Carol And Company" (NBC in 1990 and 1991), the ill-fated the effort made by Carol Burnett to revive the sketch comedy show that aired on a variety channel. Barone also starred in the 1995 USA Network movie, "Wounded Heart". She returned to weekly sitcoms with her co-star in "Daddio", NBC 2000 together with Michael Chiklis.
